39.5mm Vintage Green-Bezel Automatic Dive Watch – NH35

A newly assembled 39.5mm automatic dive-style watch with an individually aged matte-black dial, warm vintage-tone lume and a faded green aluminium timing bezel. The muted green insert, weathered 316L stainless-steel case and aged three-link bracelet create the softened character of a well-travelled vintage tool watch, while a modern TMI NH35 automatic mechanical movement provides practical everyday operation.

The clean no-logo dial displays hours, minutes and seconds without a visible date window. Round hour markers, rectangular markers at 6 and 9 o’clock, a triangle at 12 and broad vintage-style hands provide a clear traditional dive-watch layout. The uninterrupted black dial keeps attention on the warm markers and faded green bezel.

The unidirectional timing bezel contains an aluminium insert with an intentionally softened green finish. It can be rotated counterclockwise and aligned with the minute hand to measure ordinary elapsed intervals. Because each insert is finished individually, the green may appear darker, lighter or more muted in different areas. Lighting, reflections and screen settings can also affect how the colour appears.

Every dial, bezel, case and bracelet is aged individually. The distribution of the matte dial finish, warmth of the lume, fading across the green insert and weathered surface marks will therefore vary slightly between watches. These differences are intentional and form part of the design. The watch is newly assembled with an intentionally aged finish; it is not antique, pre-owned or refurbished.

The 316L stainless-steel case measures 39.5mm excluding the crown, 16mm thick and 47.5mm from lug to lug. Its standard 20mm lug width accepts many compatible replacement straps. A pronounced domed mineral glass crystal protects the dial and contributes to the watch’s substantial vintage profile. The screw-down crown helps keep the case securely closed after winding or setting, and the supplied weathered three-link stainless-steel bracelet continues the aged exterior.

Inside is a Time Module Inc. TMI NH35 automatic mechanical movement. It winds through wrist movement and can also be wound manually through the crown. The movement uses 24 jewels, runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour and provides hacking seconds for more precise time setting. Approximate power reserve is 41 hours when fully wound. The dial displays hours, minutes and seconds without showing the movement’s internal date function. No battery is required.

Each finished watch is checked on a timing machine in three positions before dispatch. Workshop acceptance targets are a measured rate within ±15 seconds per day, amplitude above 220 degrees and beat error below 0.6 milliseconds. These readings are acceptance checks rather than a guarantee of the exact daily rate on the wrist.

Every completed watch is individually water-resistance tested after final assembly to 20 ATM, equivalent to 200 metres of static pressure.

Always keep the screw-down crown fully secured around water and never operate it while the watch is wet or submerged. Water resistance is not permanent, so periodic pressure testing is recommended, particularly after servicing or a strong impact.
